1. I do not live on Maui, how do I purchase a gown from Queens Bridal Shoppe?
There are three ways you can purchase gowns from us:
a. You can purchase online and have the gown shipped directly to you.
b. You can purchase onlne and arrange to pick up your order at our store in Kahului.
c. You can call ahead and we will send a shuttle to pick you up at the airport and bring you to the store.

 

2. What is the cost for shipping if I order online?
We only charge $10 for shipping within the state of Hawaii.

 

3. Do you carry all the gowns that are shown on your website inside your store?
We carry most of the offered styles in our store. However, we do ask that if you have a particular style in mind that you call ahead and check the availability of the gown.

Our warehouse on the mainland stocks over 3,000 gowns, so if your dress is not currently at the store, we can certainly get it for you quickly.

 

4. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
We do not offer refunds at this time, but we do have a great exchange policy for our online customers. Please see our Policy here.

 

5. Will I be purchasing a used gown or a display sample gown?
All of our gowns are new and never-tried on. All gown orders will be shipped a brand-new, never- worn gown. If you would like to purchase in the store, off the rack, you may certainly do so.

We are located inside the Queen Ka'ahumanu Center in Kahului, Hawaii:
